Course Information

This is a half day tutor led course, set in both a classroom and clinical environment. The course provides 12 hours of verifiable CPD. Our Manchester and Blackburn training facilities are set within dental practices, therefore, affording the candidates the opportunity of hands on experience, taking impressions on the day. We also offer “in house” training, for 5 or more candidates.

Students will be required to take a minimum of 10 impressions, under the supervision of a registered dental professional and will be required to complete a Record of Experience, over a period of 3 months. Candidates are required to grade their impressions and reflect on the grading given. Their competency must be agreed by a suitably qualified dental professional.
