Jodie began her career as a trainee dental nurse in 2017. Once qualified she progressed to senior dental nurse and infection control lead. In 2019, Jodie became a Practice Manager in a busy mixed NHS and private practice for 5 years. In this time, Jodie gained a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. During her time as a manager, she discovered a passion for mentoring and guiding new trainees within the practice, which ultimately inspired her to pursue this aspect as a full-time career. This drive led her to Smart Dental Academy.
